1. About Us
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and delivery of photography and photo editing courses (“Courses”) offered through this website, operated by Reakcija d.o.o., Cesta 27. aprila 45 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. For contact via e-mail use contact form.
By booking a Course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Courses
Courses are offered on portrait photography, studio portrait photography, family photography, landscape photography, travel photography, and photo editing.
Each Course runs for 4 or 6 hours, as agreed with the client in advance.
Courses combine theory and hands-on practice where practically possible, followed by a homework assignment and a follow-up video call.
An optional follow-up Course (an additional 4–6 hours) is available for each topic to build on the initial session.
Course content is adapted to the client’s existing skill level, from complete beginner to more advanced.
3. Bookings
Courses are booked by contacting us through the website’s contact form or by email.
Once the date, time, location, and course topic have been agreed in writing (email or equivalent), an invoice will be issued. The course date is only confirmed once the invoice has been paid in full. Until payment is received, the requested date and time are not guaranteed and may be offered to another client.
The Course is booked by one person, who is responsible for payment of the full Course fee. That person is welcome to bring one additional participant to the same session at no extra charge.
Group bookings (more than two people) are available on request and are priced individually — see section “Group Courses”.
4. Location
Courses are held at the client’s home or office within Ljubljana, or at another agreed location suitable for the course topic (e.g., outdoors for landscape photography).
Courses outside Ljubljana can be arranged on request. In this case, reasonable travel costs will apply in addition to the course fee, to be agreed before booking is confirmed.
5. Pricing & Payment
The standard Course rate is 85 EUR (VAT included) per hour.
When a second participant joins the same session, no additional charge applies — the Course fee covers the session as a whole, not per person.
Payment terms (timing and method) will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Prices for group Courses (more than two participants) are quoted individually based on group size and requirements.
6. Group Courses
Courses for larger groups can be arranged on request.
Pricing for group Courses differs from the standard individual rate and will be quoted based on group size, location, and content requested.

7. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase for a 4-hour or 6-hour Course, at the standard rate for the relevant duration.
The purchaser pays for the voucher at the time of purchase. The voucher does not include a fixed date, time, or course topic.
The course topic, date, time, and location are agreed directly with the recipient of the voucher, not the purchaser, once the recipient gets in touch to redeem it.
Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked Course.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled Course are eligible for a full refund, or the Course may be rescheduled to a new date at no cost.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled Course are not eligible for a refund, but a one-time rescheduling to a new date is available. The new date must be agreed within 30 days of the original Course date.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled Course are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling, and the full Course fee is retained.
For outdoor Course topics (e.g. Landscape or Travel Photography), sessions affected by poor weather conditions are rescheduled free of charge, regardless of notice period.
If Reakcija d.o.o. needs to cancel or postpone a Course for any reason, clients will be offered a full refund or a free rescheduling to a new date, regardless of notice period.
9. Client Responsibilities
For practical exercises (e.g., portrait or family photography), the client can arrange a willing subject (family member, friend, or similar).
The client is can complete the homework assignment between the Course and the follow-up online review in order to get the most value from the session. The date and time of the follow-up online meeting are agreed with the client during the in-person session.
10. Intellectual Property & Use of Photos
Photos taken during the Course by the client remain the property of the client.
Any example photos, materials, or educational content provided by Reakcija d.o.o. during the Course remain the intellectual property of Reakcija d.o.o. and are provided for the client’s personal learning use only.
With the client’s permission, Reakcija d.o.o. may request to use a small number of session photos (excluding identifiable images of the client’s family members, unless separately agreed) for portfolio or marketing purposes. This will always be discussed and agreed with the client first.
11. Liability
Courses are educational in nature. Reakcija d.o.o. is not responsible for the client’s use of equipment they own, nor for any damage to personal equipment during practice sessions, except where caused by our own negligence.
For outdoor sessions (e.g., landscape or travel photography), participation is at the client’s own risk with regard to terrain, weather, and physical conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
